Consultation

Consultation

At Young Wellbeing Hub, we understand that making decisions about the appropriate support can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a consultation with one of our experienced clinical team members, before you access any of our psychological or therapeutic service offerings.

Our consultation service is designed to provide clients with a tailored plan to help identify which services will be most appropriate for their needs.

What the consultation covers

During this consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Discuss your concerns and questions about the referral process or the individual’s needs.
Receive a clear explanation of the available services we offer at Young Wellbeing Hub.
Explore the pathways that are best suited to your needs.
Gain guidance on next steps, with the freedom to make informed decisions that align with your preferences.

At Young Wellbeing Hub, we value client choice. We believe that you should have control over the type of support you receive and the pace at which you move forward. Our clinical team is here to guide and inform, but ultimately, we empower you to choose the path that feels right for you or your loved one.

Who can benefit?

We understand that making decisions about the right support can feel overwhelming, especially when things aren’t quite right but you’re not sure why. Our consultation service is here to help guide you.

You don’t need to have the answers. Whether you’re unsure what kind of help is needed, or just have a sense that something isn’t working, we’re here to listen and think it through with you.

This service may be particularly helpful if:

  • A child or young person is struggling in any area of life
  • They’re not attending school or not thriving in education
  • You’ve noticed differences between them and their peers, but can’t put your finger on it
  • You’d like help thinking about next steps with a senior clinician
  • You want support to access the most appropriate services
  • Your family would benefit from guidance and direction

Bottom line — everyone can benefit! You don’t need a diagnosis, or the right words. Just bring your concern, and we’ll help take it from there.
