Art Therapy
Our specialised 1:1 Art Therapy service is designed for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, offering a creative and supportive outlet for emotional expression and personal growth. Whether you experience communication differences, sensory sensitivities, or process the world uniquely, art therapy provides a safe, non-verbal space for exploring your emotions.
What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, or sculpting to support self-expression, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. It’s a flexible, sensory-friendly approach that empowers individuals to express feelings and experiences in a way that feels natural.
Who can benefit?
Our Art Therapy service is open to neurodivergent individuals of all ages seeking a creative outlet for emotional well-being.
