FAQs
Do I need a referral?
No, a referral is not needed. You can book for an ADHD or Autism assessment with one of our clinicians through our booking page.
If I receive an ADHD diagnosis can my GP prescribe my medication?
Once your ADHD medication have been stabilised through our medication review appointments, we’ll be able to take the steps to ensure ongoing access to your medication – this involves a shared care agreement between us and your GP.
Who does the assessments?
All our assessments are conducted by expert clinicians who are registered with the NMC or the GPhC. Some cases are reviewed and discussed in our MDT (multi-disciplinary team) meetings which is always chaired by a GMC-registered psychiatrist.
What happens after my assessment?
After your assessment, you will receive your report by email and will have a feedback session with your clinician. The report will detail your diagnosis outcome, an explanation of the findings, a proposed treatment plan, and a information pack on how to move forward.
