At Young Wellbeing Hub, we believe education is a powerful tool for change. Our psychological education sessions are designed to increase understanding, promote inclusion, and offer practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent individuals across different settings.
We have developed comprehensive psychological education sessions designed for:
Why it happens, the impact, and how to support safe self-expression.
What they are, how to recognise them, and how to respond with care.
A compassionate look at the emotional roots of avoidance and how to rebuild trust.
Tools and strategies that actually work for neurodivergent minds.
Understanding neurodivergent sleep and how to support better rest.
How sensory needs affect wellbeing and ways to create supportive environments.
Flexible delivery – online or in-person. Available as one-off workshops or session series.
These sessions aim to enhance awareness, improve inclusivity, and provide practical tools for fostering neurodiverse-friendly environments. Together, we can create lasting change and support neurodiverse individuals in reaching their full potential.
If you are interested in any of our psychological education sessions, please get in touch with our team.
