Michael Wigington

Michael has been working consultatively with some of the leading NHS trusts and private services in the UK, helping them to attract the very best talent and reduce their waiting times considerably for the past 7 years.

At 15, growing up in Dagenham, Essex, Michael was forced to leave school before completing his GCSEs due to his own mental health challenges and is now passionate about helping young people have better access to mental health and education support.

Michael founded the Young Wellbeing Hub, from his desire to provide children and young people with access to the very best clinicians within the UK, ensuring they are delivered the highest levels of care and service.

Dr Jenny Manfrinati
Dr Jenny ManfrinatiClinical Lead and Clinical Psychologist
Jenny leads the clinical and operational teams in the delivery of clinical interventions, case management and service development. Within this role, Jenny is responsible for the operational development of clinical protocols and their evaluation, the delivery of clinical supervision and therapeutic interventions, along with ensuring adherence to governance and promoting a strategic management of service delivery.

Jenny’s approach is person-centred, and her modality is integrative, which allows her to work across modalities with adults and families utilising skills from Psychodynamic, Trauma informed, sensorimotor psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, CAT, Integrative and EMDR. Throughout her career, Jenny has worked in primary, secondary and tertiary care systems, higher education and charities. Jenny is passionate about working with complex presentations and promoting understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity.

Josephine Jefcoat
Josephine JefcoatMBT Art Psychotherapist
Josephine Jefcoat is an Art Psychotherapist who is registered with the HCPC and has experience in designing and delivering person-centred therapeutic interventions. Josephine has a passion for the use of the arts and their ability to support self-expression, communication and so deepen our understanding of ourselves. Josephine has experience of successfully implementing Art Therapy groups in the community and in wider organisations. For example, she has experience working in the NHS, charitable organisations, and schools. Across her work she aims to empower the people she works with.

In her work within these organisations, Josephine has offered Art Therapy interventions and Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) group and 1:1 evidence-based input. This supports clients to gain interpersonal skills, better manage their emotions and build a stronger sense of self. Josephine has a keen interest in neurodiversity and has designed interventions to support neurodivergent individuals to blossom in a group context.

Samantha Chilvers
Samantha ChilversSenior MBT Art Psychotherapist
Samantha Chilvers is a Senior MBT Art Psychotherapist (HCPC registered) with over 15 years of experience working in Mental Health, specialising in tailored interventions for neurodivergent individuals who experience emotional regulation difficulties. Samantha has strong expertise in Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) and Art Therapy, supporting clients in developing interpersonal skills using evidence-based approaches. Samantha is also skilled in development and delivery of psychological education, assessments, and formulation within a mental health framework.

In senior leadership roles, she has contributed to policy development, clinical protocols, governance, and quality assurance. Additionally, Samantha offers clinical supervision and support to other professionals in the field and has published academic texts and research in MBT Art Psychotherapy.

Meggi Sparkes

Meggi is Head of Governance, Quality and Safeguarding for Young Wellbeing Hub. She is the named person for CQC and Designated Safeguarding Lead and chairs the governance meetings.
Shane Messenger

Shane leads a team of finance professionals designed to ensure the commercial aspect of our client’s journey is efficient and painless. His team oversees invoicing, payments and can support with queries on an ad-hoc basis.
Harriet Whitaker

As the Operations Manager, I oversee the daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. My role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing administrative tasks, implementing strategies to enhance client care and organisational performance and team leadership. I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes mental health and wellbeing for all our clients. Outside of work, I love being outdoors and in nature. I love walking, hiking and any form of physical activity and exercise. I love spending time with my friends and exploring new places. I enjoy meditation, mindfulness and listening to music!

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, I focus on building and maintaining key relationships that drive our growth. By identifying valuable partnerships and understanding market trends, I create collaborations that align with our goals and deliver real impact. I’m passionate about connecting with others to form successful alliances that strengthen our business. With a background in Psychology, I’m particularly dedicated to supporting easier access to mental health services for those in need. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and traveling whenever I can!
Cait Bridgman
Cait BridgmanClinical Operations Coordinator | Clinical Administrator
I have various roles within Young Wellbeing Hub, giving me a comprehensive understanding of our clinic from multiple lenses. My primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and to generally support clients in their journey through our service. My operational responsibilities focus on improving clinical pathways and processes and implementing innovative strategies to enhance client care. Furthermore, my administrative responsibilities involve liaising with our clients and their support systems to ensure documentation and questionnaires are completed.

With a BSc in Psychology and over 2-years working in the private mental health sector, I have a keen understanding of neurodiversity and mental health, and advocate for a neuroaffirmative approach to support the neurodiverse community. I have experience supporting the YWH team in developing clinical content, and the subsequent delivery of this. Additionally, I have begun assisting the clinical team with our service offer; including co-delivery of psychological education and webinars.

Lindsey Patrick
Lindsey PatrickMedical Secretary
I have over 2 years’ experience as a Medical Secretary and over 6 years’ experience in the Health and Care Industry. I am passionate about putting the Client first and making sure their experience is very positive, and their needs are met in a very professional and compassionate manner.

I am responsible for answering the telephone and replying to correspondence received by email from all Clients. I am the point of contact for the Clinicians, booking appointments and ensuring diaries are kept up to date. I support the Clinicians with their administration tasks checking and formatting letters and reports before sending out to Clients. I send prescriptions requests to the Clinicians to make sure all clients receive their medication promptly. I am knowledgeable on Shared Care Agreements sending to GP Surgeries once Clinicians have completed to ask for their acceptance of this. I also support and liaise with our finance team checking they have sent out invoices and payment requests.

Nicole Webb

I am an Assistant Psychologist at Young Wellbeing Hub working as part of the clinical team. I have been at Young Wellbeing Hub for over 2 and a half years, working in various roles. As an assistant psychologist, my role involves supporting the psychological clinical team deliver a needs-led service to our service users, championing a neuro-affirmative approach and supporting with assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Prior to Young Wellbeing Hub, I worked in both primary and secondary education settings, helping to support children and young people to thrive in education. I have seen first-hand the disconnect that can occur between education and health services, and the detrimental this can have on young people’s wellbeing, and therefore strive to help bridge the gap, and collaborate, for the benefit of the service users. Coming from a neurodivergent family, I am passionate about promoting neuro-affirming language and practice to ensure we are empowering individuals to embrace their neuro-type.
